National Digital Agenda

Nowadays, the different sectors within society contribute more significantly to the Government’s agenda-setting process for problem-solving and the common good. The following is a document resulting from the joint efforts of various groups in Mexican society, with the participation of the industry, the Congress of the Union, the academy and other organizations interested in accelerating Mexico's transition towards a Society of Information and Knowledge.

This document defines a comprehensive and long-term National Digital Agenda (NDA), whose goal is to identify the public policy proposals necessary to boost Mexico's innovation and competitiveness, through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) including the Internet and broadband.

This historical collaboration developed for Mexico by the "NDA Alliance" comes from an approach by the ICT industry, with advice from prestigious consulting firms, the contribution of important industry companies, the legislative power, the academia and sectors of civil society that seek to promote the development of a Society of Information and Knowledge in Mexico.
